Great photos, Jen. Dutchman’s Breeches has a special place in my memory because it was the very first “new” flowers we identified after moving to our place in Arkansas.

I’ll have to ditto what Adam Paul said about enjoying them virtually. Those are surely very interesting flowers. So, they only last a few days, and then they’re gone (to seed)? Thanks for sharing, Jennifer.

Interesting. What we call dutchman’s breeches around here are always yellow–and they’re not out yet.

I have yet to find this wildflower. The leaves and flowers are very interesting and the light in your pictures is beautiful.
