Baby Birds July 5, 2008

Tom’s banding station in Cattaraugus County yielded several baby birds at Saturday’s banding session. Our first two birds of the day were these adorable Blue-winged Warblers. They had a hard time settling down for the camera:
The Gray Catbird baby was also not interested in having its picture taken:
The House Wren, however, was very cooperative:
The babies do seem to be a bit antsy.
Aww! They are still cute. But we also get the idea that it isn’t easy trying to get a picture of them.
