Well, I’ve taken a lot of flack about my “Practice Snow” post. Turns out, this snow is pretty serious. I think we have crossed over from “practicing” to “over-achieving.”
The neighbor had JUST brushed this car off, not two minutes before the picture and it was already covered again…
Here is the White Spruce in my back yard… getting whiter by the minute!
Wow, you guys are really getting it! Up north here in Williamsville we have only a small scattering and the sun is shining.

Yup….I live near Buffalo and we don’t have as much, but it’s cold..while I am typing this I can hear a great horned owl and I haven’t heard them for a while…..

Wow! Nothing like that yet over here, although, I miss the deep snow.
Inspite of the inconvenience the snow makes everything so beautiful. Nothing like a good snow fall to help us appreciate warmth of our homes.
Wow, Jennifer, you are getting quite a bit of snow. Out here in the east side of the state, we have had a lot of flurries and a few pretty good squalls, but nothing stays much. Today it is just very cold and windy.
Wow, that’s a lot of snow! Do you get lake affect snows where you live?
