I never seem to have any good pictures for Feathery Friday or Furry Friday. But I photoshopped this Multiflora Rose after the hoarfrost and decided to start my own group on Flickr: Frosty Friday.

I am having altogether too much fun with Photoshop. I’m so intrigued by this Orton technique because of the dream-like quality it gives to my photos. The camera records what’s there… but not necessarily the mood I was in, or the feelings the scene gave me. These two images capture more of my mood than the original photographs…
