  1. These look delish! I have a special contraption (from Italy) to juice tomatoes. I freeze the resulting sauce in 1 1/4 cup portions in freezer bags laid flat. This sauce, with a few goodies added, makes THE BEST spaghetti sauce. Alas, I didn’t get any tomatoes this year. My own few tomatoes growing in the garden aren’t going to ripen in time and I will be reduced to making green tomato pickles and green tomato mincemeat out of them. So enjoy your beauties … they are well worth the work!
